Post 9 - My favorite book
I'm not a person who has read many books, now in the university i have more for read, but in my free times, I found a book that I have to read in the high school, by obligation and I didn't undesrtand it at all.
The book I'm talking about was written by Pedro Lemebel, and the tittle is "Tengo miedo, torero". I don't know if to say that he is my favorite author because I have not read more of his books, but I know that his other books are very recognized, even the book I'm reading nowadays will be a movie!
The kind of books I like to read, it's novels or chronicles related to some historical event. For example, "Tengo miedo, torero" is an history about the context of dictatorship in Chile. Also I like read books about feminism, I have two, but I haven't finished reading them.
I think that I don't have a favorite book yet because as I said before, I haven't read many books in my life. But this I like so much , because it's a love story between "La Loca del Frente" and a universitary student (member of Frente Patriótico Manuel Rodríguez) who will participate in the attack to Pinochet in 1986, for this I recommend it so much.
Pedro Lemebel is a great author! good post!
